Freediving

The freediving program not only certifies beneficiaries as free divers but also emphasizes the importance of mental health.

Through the free diving program, individuals learn techniques to improve their mental well-being and discover how to incorporate these practices into their daily lives. 

Emotional self-control is crucial for freediving as it helps conserve oxygen, ensuring longer breath-hold times and enhancing safety by preventing panic-induced mistakes. It improves performance by maintaining focus and relaxation, builds mental resilience to handle stress, and allows divers to fully enjoy the tranquility and beauty of the underwater environment.

We place special emphasis on this aspect to help our participants apply it in their daily lives, particularly when facing stressful situations.
